At QuantumHost Solutions LLC, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to abide by this policy.


1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions, depending on the type of service purchased. Refunds are only available within the applicable refund period and are subject to our terms and conditions.

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for the following services:

  • Shared Hosting Plans
  • VPS Hosting Plans
  • Dedicated Server Plans (Limited Conditions Apply)
  • Cloud Hosting Plans

Refunds are NOT available for the following services:

  • Domain Registrations & Transfers
  • SSL Certificates
  • Setup Fees
  • Custom or Managed Services
  • Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS)
  • Additional Add-ons or Third-Party Services

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the following hosting services:

  • Shared Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

2.1 Conditions for the Money-Back Guarantee

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. If you previously signed up and canceled, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • The refund covers hosting fees only; additional services (such as domain registration and add-ons) are non-refundable.
  • Accounts violating our Terms of Service (e.g., engaging in illegal activities, abuse, or spamming) are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds for VPS & Dedicated Servers

Refunds for VPS and Dedicated Servers are subject to stricter conditions.

3.1 VPS Hosting Refunds

  • A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, refunds are not available.
  • If a VPS has been used for abusive purposes (e.g., spam, hacking, or illegal activity), the refund request will be denied.

3.2 Dedicated Server Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 days, dedicated server fees are non-refundable due to hardware allocation costs.
  • Refunds are not available if the server has been used for abusive purposes.

4. Domain Name Registrations & Renewals

All domain name purchases, including registrations, renewals, and transfers, are non-refundable due to ICANN and registry restrictions.

4.1 Exceptions

  • If a domain name registration fails due to an internal error, a full refund may be issued.
  • If you accidentally purchase a premium domain and do not wish to keep it, contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

5. SSL Certificates & Third-Party Services

5.1 SSL Certificates

  • SSL certificate purchases are non-refundable once issued.
  • If an SSL certificate is unused and not activated, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

5.2 Third-Party Software & Services

  • Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Third-party services, such as SEO tools, backup solutions, and security add-ons, are not eligible for refunds.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

To process your refund, provide the following details:

  1. Full Name & Email Address associated with your account.
  2. Order ID or Invoice Number related to the purchase.
  3. Reason for Refund Request (optional but helpful).

6.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • If payment was made via cryptocurrency or wire transfer, the refund will be processed as account credit.

7. Account Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Voluntary Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through your client dashboard before the next billing cycle.
  • If the cancellation request is submitted within the refund eligibility period, you may be eligible for a refund.

7.2 Automatic & Forced Cancellations

QuantumHost Solutions LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts without a refund for the following reasons:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or using the service for illegal purposes.
  • Non-payment of invoices beyond the grace period.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

8.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in the following:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination.
  • A $50 chargeback fee applied to your account.
  • Being banned from using our services in the future.

8.2 How to Resolve Billing Disputes

If you believe you were wrongfully charged, contact our billing team at billing@quantumhostsolutions.com before opening a dispute. We are happy to assist in resolving any issues.


9. Refunds for Promotional Offers & Discounts

Services purchased at discounted rates, promotional pricing, or bundled packages may be non-refundable or subject to pro-rated refunds.

  • If you received a free domain with a hosting plan, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Special introductory offers are not eligible for full refunds.

10. Policy Changes

QuantumHost Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
